Sunshine, a feel-good casual eatery located on James Street, offers high-quality, fast, pay-by-weight Mediterranean dishes. Inspired by the family dishes of restauranteur Simon Gloftis’ childhood, he envisioned the brand to evoke “Sunshine on a plate” — and it had to be yellow. This directive influenced our approach to the identity, ensuring that warmth, optimism, energy and a little nostalgia were evident in all brand aspects, including the typography, custom packaging, photography art direction, and the digital experience.
