The Calile Hotel
The Calile reimagines the traditional five-star resort, reflecting Brisbane’s relaxed lifestyle and subtropical climate. The architectural design, featuring textured travertine and elegant brass, humanises the typical hotel stay to create a sensory-rich environment where every detail enriches the guest experience.
In collaboration with architects Richards & Spence, developers and owners Calile Malouf Investments, marketing agency New Initiative, photographer Sean Fennessy, and illustrator Jessica Meyrick, we created a brand that visually communicates the hotel’s distinct sense of place.
The brand’s warm personality is carried through every touchpoint: from custom, integrated signage that welcomes and guides guests, to in-room amenities that engage the senses, and an online presence that extends across the website and loyalty program app, Friends of Calile.
